Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Shop Queen of the Rodeo, LLC! We are sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our small business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We would be happy to accept return items for store credit or size exchanges. If there is an issue with your purchase, please email fernandoserrano@shopqueenoftherodeo.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number in your correspondence. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returned items.
If Queen of the Rodeo is at fault, we will gladly pay for the return postage. Customers will have the option of store credit or exchange.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags.

Shipping Policy

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
We try our best to ensure that all orders will be delivered on time. Delays may be possible due to inclement weather, holiday season or other unforeseen circumstances. Please advise that we receive estimated shipping dates based on our carriers. If on the rare occasion your package is delayed, please contact USPS for further assistance. USPS will be able to assist you with questions regarding delivery times.

Tracking: To track your order, please use the tracking information provided to you via email after your purchase has been shipped. Please contact USPS directly for tracking information at www.usps.com.

Expedited Shipping: Some orders may be eligible for expedited shipping. To determine if your order is eligible, please email fernandoserrano@shopqueenoftherodeo.com before placing your order.

Please file a claim directly to USPS before contacting Shop Queen of the Rodeo, LLC for items that are suspected to be lost or stolen, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping: All international orders are shipped using USPS. International delivery times vary and international customers may be responsible for any additional customs or taxes that may apply.

Pre-Orders

Please read the product descriptions thoroughly for details on the processing dates for pre-orders. Each pre-order may have a different processing date. Please review before placing your order.
Orders will begin to process on the release date giving on the product page. Orders will take 3 to 4 business days to process based on the given date. If the release date falls on a holiday or weekend, the order will begin to process the following business day.
Please advise that pre-orders are not eligible for expedited shipping. Items will ship using standard shipping methods.
