Border Loomers 

Border Loomers is a community-rooted fiber arts project reclaiming ancestral weaving traditions along the U.S./Mexico border. Founded by artist and Queen of the Rodeo creator Fernando Serrano, the project uplifts queer, brown, and migrant voices through weaving, storytelling, and radical craft education. From Bisbee to Sonora, Border Loomers stitches together memory, resistance, and creative joy — one thread at a time.
